This website is a closed, private archive for existing students who previously purchased access to course materials. The course is no longer available for purchase, and we do not accept new customers or registrations through this website.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your continued use of the archive and the materials available through it.

This website is maintained solely as a legacy archive for existing students.
We do not currently offer any new products, courses, programmes, memberships or services for purchase through this website.
Any attempt to make a new purchase or create a new customer account through this archive does not create a new sales contract with us.
These Terms & Conditions apply to your continued use of the archive and do not retrospectively change the terms that applied to your original purchase.

If you previously purchased the relevant course materials, you may use this website to access those materials through your existing account.
Your access is personal to you and is not transferable to another person.
You must not share your login details or allow another person to access the course through your account.
We may suspend or discontinue access to the archive where reasonably necessary for legitimate business, operational, technical, security or legal reasons.
Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to communicate material changes affecting access.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights or remedies that apply to you.

The course materials are provided for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

You must not:
share your account or login details with another person;
copy, reproduce or redistribute the course materials for others;
upload the materials to another website, platform or file-sharing service;
sell, resell or commercially exploit the materials;
republish the materials in whole or in part;

All intellectual property rights in the course materials remain with the relevant rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers ownership of the course materials or intellectual property to you.

The course materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes.

Because this is a legacy archive, some information or recommendations contained within the materials may reflect the circumstances, knowledge or resources available when the course was originally created.

This website is a historical course archive and is not intended to operate as an actively developed or continuously updated course platform.
We may make reasonable changes to the way the archive is hosted, accessed or technically maintained.
